Start with clean and dry skin. Prepare the skin with 2 DROPS OF ASARA LONDON MIRACLE OIL.
1. Jaw-line and cheeks: Use the large side of the roller, start with centre of the chin, roll outwards and upwards towards the hair line. Continue this pattern horizontally and perpendicular to each roll across the face. Repeat 3 times. At the end of this task roll it down from hairline towards the clavicle once.
   
   
2. Eyes: Use small roller, start at the inner corner of the eye and roll towards the end of eyebrow. Roll over both the lids and under eye area. Repeat 3 times on the right and the left eye. End this by rolling down once towards the clavicle.
   
   
3. Forehead: Use large side of the roller. First round: Start at the root of the nose, go upwards. Second round: Start at the centre of the forehead and roll towards the ear. Repeat 3 times. Draining down to the clavicle at last.
   
   
4. Neck: Use large roller and start under the ear towards the collar bone. Repeat 3 times.
   
   
5. Glide it gently upwards and outwards initiating from jawline, chin and then around the mouth.
   
   
6. Sweep across the cheeks and glide under the eyes gently towards the eyebrows.
   
   
7. Do the same from forehead towards the hairline.
   
   *Use light to medium pressure over at-least 5 times both the sides in each step mentioned above for positive results*
