- Start with clean and dry skin. Prepare your skin with the night routine.
- Use the rounded side of the spoon to gently sculpt the face by moving it underneath the cheekbone. This should be done 3 times on both the sides of the face.
- Use the smaller end of the spoon to focus on the areas near the brow bone, the temples, the ears and along the jaw. Do this by massaging in small circular motions into the trigger points.
